The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for helping management to supervise the staff and ensuring proper setup and service of lunch service. The Restaurant Supervisor must maintain a high standard of customer service with clients and customers while working as a team player.


  1. Overseeing Dining Room Operations with an emphasis on attention to detail and service standards.
  2. Supervising shifts and providing training and development to hourly employees.
  3. Completes daily floor chart and employee placement.
  4. Completion of daily sales, including reconciliation of credit cards, completing cash deposits, and other accounting duties as assigned.
  5. Preparing daily task sheets for employees.


  1. High School Diploma
  2. Minimum of 4 years in hospitality industry.
  3. Knowledge of Micros System and other Pos Systems if required.
  4. Have a full understanding of Dining Room Operation.
  5. Must have attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
  6. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer service Is essential for success in this position,
  7.  Strong Supervisory and management skill.
  8. Must be willing to work event-based hours Including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical and Other Requirements

  1. Occasional lifting of 10 Lbs or less.
  2. Constant standing required
